Rental Terms
SUNDRIVE
1. Rental requirements
Minimum age: 28 years
Valid driving license held for at least 2 years
Valid passport or ID
Credit card in the name of the main driver
2. Vehicle use
The vehicle may be used only within Tunisia
Leaving the Tunisian territory is strictly prohibited
Only authorized drivers may drive the vehicle
The vehicle must be used responsibly and in accordance with traffic laws
3. Mileage & fuel
Unlimited mileage within Tunisia
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup
4. Rental duration & return
Rental is calculated in 24-hour periods
1-hour grace period at return, after which an additional day may be charged
The vehicle must be returned with its keys and documents
5. Payment & security deposit
A security deposit is required at pickup
The deposit may be used to cover:
Damages
Late returns
Traffic fines
Additional charges
If no charges apply, the deposit is released after the rental period
6. Accident, damage or breakdown
In case of any incident:
Fill in an accident report
Contact Innerdrive immediately
Do not arrange repairs without prior approval
If the driver is found responsible,
repair costs will be charged to the driver.
A replacement vehicle may be provided subject to availability.
7. Cancellation & modification
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before pickup (except July & August)
July & August bookings are non-refundable
Modifications are subject to availability

These terms are governed by Tunisian law.
Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of Tunisian courts.
