These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Tunisian law and by the provisions of the Code of Obligations and Contracts relating to leasing.
The Lessor :<\/strong> la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 SunDrive.
The Lessee :<\/strong> the driver(s) and payer(s) mentioned on the rental agreement and signatory\/signatories thereto.
The Vehicle :<\/strong> the vehicle made available for the agreed-upon duration.
Damages :<\/strong> any damage sustained by the vehicle (bodywork, broken glass, light covers, mirrors, headlights, equipment).
Loss :<\/strong> theft, attempted theft, vandalism, fire, theft of accessories.
Territory :<\/strong> Tunisia. Any departure from the territory is strictly prohibited.

Valid passport or ID card\u00a0
Valid driver's license held for at least 24 months
Complete contact information
Valid credit card in the name of the primary driver
Age requirements<\/strong>
Minimum age :<\/strong> 28 years old (may vary depending on the category)
Important: The same credit card used for the booking must be presented when the vehicle is handed over.
Electron, Maestro, or similar cards are not accepted.

4.1 Start<\/strong>
The rental begins on the date and time the vehicle is made available, as indicated in the contract.

4.2 Duration<\/strong>
The rental is calculated in non-divisible 24-hour periods.
1-hour grace period for late returns
Beyond that: 1 additional day charged
No refund in case of early return
Toute prolongation doit \u00eatre demand\u00e9e 48h \u00e0 l\u2019avance et reste soumise \u00e0 l\u2019accord de SunDrive.
4.3 End of rental<\/strong>
The rental ends only after :
Return of the vehicle
Return of the keys and documents.

The renter remains responsible for the vehicle until this effective return.

The estimated amount must be paid in advance.
Any remaining balance or additional charges may be charged to the presented credit card.
Security deposit<\/strong>
A security deposit is required upon vehicle pickup.
It is used to cover:

Delays
Fines and miscellaneous charges

  • Traffic violations.<\/li>
  • Traffic code violations.<\/li>
